How are we doing girls?

I am down to 157, that is a bit over a pound in about 10 days. I am making my weekly goal of exercising 4 times a week. How about you?!

    I just joined MFP today. A few years ago I was at 265. UGH! So... after lots of hard work, today I am at 215. Looking to be around 195 because I am over 6 foot tall :)) Don't hate me for being big! :)
