Well I thought I would post my weight for today as it is a new week and I just hit my 20 lbs lost this morning! Woohoo!

Ugh 172.8 this morning. Here is hoping it is water weight from the TOM and next week I will see a drop. I've been behaving for the most part, but I think I really need to step up my cardio. It's really getting me down that I probably won't make my goal of 170 by the end of August. I know how they say the last 10 are the hardest, but I'm not even quite at my last 10! 170 is like this huge barrier for me that I've gotten close to a couple times but never crossed.0

So happy. I was away this past weekend and not really tracking so I was concerned, but we ended up walking like five miles a day so I'm sure that helped! That and I got right back on the horse on Monday.

I have been trying to decide how long to weight before I officially post weight. I had a stomach bug early in the week and lost several pounds in one day. I know that it was mostly due to dehydration but even though it is now my TOM I still haven't gained in all back. As of this morning I was still down 1 1/2 lbs.0
