So how about we get this started tomorrow? I haven't weighed myself for a month and I'm rather scared
I went to put on a jacket I bought about 5 months ago and alas it was too small. I want to be able to fit into my old clothes and feel confident again.0 -
I'm in! I just weighed this morning with my trainer and weight every Wednesday, plus spend at least five days a week at the gym.

Let's get started..Who all are open to being added as friends..I have almost no friends on MFP0 -
I started back on July 22 slowly and have been going to gym since August 4. From July 22 to August 11 walked/worked without a day off then on Sun August 12 took first day off exercising.
My weight as been flucating as much as 2-3 pounds.
At gym scale was back up to 237 from 234 this week but the incredible thing is about it is that a uniform shirt I hadn't been able to fit into - I did on Wed 15th. I am loosing inches... i seem too do that.0 -

I've just joined and I will give this a go. I'm following the Slimming World diet at the same time but am hoping this might help as my weight has been going up and down as much as 5-7 pounds a week for no apparent reason!

This is the motivation I need. I am working out, but my food is not good. I start out eating right every morning. But, there are so many temptations during the day. Hopefully this will keep me focused.0
