What is your resting Heart Rate? Mine is 85 Marne

    I was checking my heart rate last week before my walks and it was at 80 all week. When I finish my walk it is up to 145.

    I have a fit bit and love it as long as I can find it.. LOL... I am thinking about getting a heart rate monitor, but I don't want to spend the money...
