I started the day with a bowl of oatmeal, topped with banana and raisins...it was delicious! I fear too many calories though but worth it, it's my favourite meal of the day.
I'm curious as to what everyone else eats when they're wanting to lose weight?

Smoothie - very tasty and not too bad calorie wise for the staying power protein it packs:
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 C Chobani Greek Vanilla Yogurt
1 T natural peanut butter
4 C spinach
1/2 C 1% milk0 -
1 cup coffee
1 Yoplait light
1 TBSP Peanut Butter0 -
1 Yoplait light
1 boil egg0 -
I had 2 egg whites with two chopped mushrooms cooked on a 100 calorie wheat thins bread with a little Light mayonaise and a cup of coffee.0

Breakfast was a 45 minute (decent pace) walk with the dogs and a smoothie (I my Vitamix!!)
1 cup almond milk
1 nectarine
0.5 cup blueberries
1 cup raw spinach0 -
1.5 scrambled eggs with a half a slice of cheese. It was awesome.0

I've been having special k, no milk. Tend to have breakfast at work at my desk, so ive been taking a tub in with me.0

I usually have a one egg mushroom/onion omlette with a slice of rye toast or a bowl of oats with 1/2 mashed banana.0 -
During the week I have greek yogurt with berries and a handful of almonds. On the weekends I have 2 eggs with peameal and toast, but I am changing that so that I only have it one of the weekend days0

I always have my mango-raspberry smoothie.
1 cup Mango Melon Juice
1/2 cup frozen mangos
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
4 pkgs of sugar twin (used to take the bite out of the fruit)
This is only about 200 calories when I enter them into the diary. Very tasty.0 -
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 Tsp Maple Syrup
1 1/2 Tsp Chia Seeds
1/3 cup 1 % milk
few blueberries
2/3 banana
Mixed up the night before and refrigerated. Yum! My new favorite breakfast!
Oh, almost forgot.
Cup of teal
1/2 Grapefruit

Ooooh spinach in my smoothies--what a great way to get your veggies in without altering the taste of your smoothie! I tried it for the first time a couple of weeks ago and am hooked!!
I HAVE to have protein with breakfast so I have to include eggs or protein powder in my meal plan.
Tomorrow is poached eggs, english muffin, coffee and a banana.0 -
I usually have oatmeal or Kashi but today I only had coffee. I know that without a good breakfast I usually eat the wrong things, however today I did pretty good!0

I had one packet of Quaker Oats lower sugar apples and cinnamon oatmeal with 5 walnuts and 10 raspberries.
....got hungry soon after and had a packet of brown sugar and maple oatmeal
Guess I will need to eat light for lunch and dinner.0
