    A breakthrough, I lost 3 pds this past week after sitting at 163 and going up to 164.

    I can’t do my normal weigh Monday am, so I did it this morning.

    161.6 :happy:

    I pushed water, used whey protein, was able to do 2 bike rides plus Physical Therapy Bike 2x.
    I mixed up my calesthenic exercises as circuits to get the cardio up.

    Glad I am staying the course.

    i've lost another 0.5kg this week. takes me to 2kg total loss since the start of the month.

    My starting weight on 8/1/2012 was 230.0.
    I weigh in on Monday's so Monday 8/6 was 229.0
    Monday 8/13 was 223.5
    Monday 8/20 was 223.

    This was a bad week for weight loss but I was excited to find out I'm another size smaller when I tried on a dress. So that made me very happy. More water less calories this week!

    No loss this week.... but I did get into more clothes that I couldn't just a few weeks ago. So YAY for that! But I still want that scale to move, and I'm convinced it will sooner or later. So I'm being extra vigilant, upping the protein and getting the water in.

    Also, school started today (I'm a teacher).... so new activity MIGHT move the scale.

    Still working on it!

    My starting weight on 8/1/2012 was 184.4
    I weigh in on Wednesdays.
    Wednesday 8/8 was 183.2
    Wednesday 8/15 was 180.4
    Wednesday 8/22 was 178.4

    Total loss for August so far is 6 pounds. Not sure I will be able to lose the last 4 lbs in 9 days (I have several parties :drinker: to go to this weekend & am hoping to just maintain). I am very happy with the 6 I lost so far this month!! :happy:

    This community is truly amazing!! Thank you everyone for being on here and making this effort together. I don't have any idea where I'm at right now in terms of weight loss, but I know that I'm going to go hard this last week.
