I always have my mango-raspberry smoothie.

    1 cup Mango Melon Juice
    1/2 cup frozen mangos
    1/2 cup frozen raspberries
4 pkgs of sugar twin (used to take the bite out of the fruit)

This is only about 200 calories when I enter them into the diary. Very tasty.

That sounds tasty, i'm gonna have to give that a go

    1/2 frozen banana
1/2 C Chobani Greek Vanilla Yogurt
    1 T natural peanut butter
    4 C spinach
    1/2 C 1% milk

That sounds ridiculously yummy and healthy. I will need to try this!

Old fashioned Quacker oats. The heart healthy serving. Really gives me energy and stops the between meal cravings.

I had some oatmeal with fresh blueberries, chopped apple, a tablespoon of powdered coconut, and a tiny splash of 100% pure maple syrup for sweetness. Soooooo delicious.

Today was oatmeal with canteloupe chunks and a piece of string cheese. And two glasses of water. Almost every day I have oatmeal. Usually with some kind of fruit. Blueberries are good right now. (love this time of year!) Sometimes with cottage cheese mixed in.

2 eggs, scrambled, cooked in salsa, serrano peppers added
1 slice Dave's Killer Protein Bread w pat butter
    Tea
I try to start the day with high protein, low carbs, otherwise I get droopy by mid-morning.

I always make my kids a smoothie with the Blendtech
Raw spinach and organic mixed greens from Costco and water, blended to juice consistency.
Add greek yogurt plain, organic frozen berries from Costco, and one frozen banana. They never know they got greens.

I went to church & we had a carry-in breakfast, so that's challenging. I had a deviled egg (1/2 egg), 1/2 banana, 1/2 of a pastry with strawberries, 1/2 of an english muffin with about 1 tsp of nutella. Kind of a mishmash of halfs!
