I just started the program this week and would love to have more mom friends to help keep me motivated and also to share any tips and advice on how to successfully get this excess 50lbs of baby weight to come off! :) Thanks in advance for your request!!

    Feel free to add me! I'm a mum to a 3 year old boy and a 15 month old girl. My 3 year old weighs 35lbs and i've lost more than he weighs since my daughter was 8 weeks old (when I went back to the gym)! I've lost 18kg, which is just under 40lbs I think.

    I've exercised loads and eaten well, and go out every day with my children. I work part time as a secondary school teacher (although it's the Summer holidays now) so when I'm at work I'm on my feet a lot too.

    You'll get there, don't worry! It just takes a little time.
