Hi folks,
New girl... just signed up! Based near Stirling and hoping to change lifestyle to shift focus away from junk food and convenience eating to more mindful and healthy choices. On the edge of 40th birthday so it is time to get my act together!
Would love to feel part of a motivated and supportive group to keep me on track or not falling off track entirely and looking forward to getting to know folks.
I run my own business and have two kids... not a lot of me time but I want the me time to consist of something more than snacking and sitting behind my laptop!

Hi all, I'm new as well, based near Grangemouth. I'm 41 work full time, have 3 teenagers at home and am carer for my husband.
Joined up because I need to start looking after myself as well as the rest of the family.
Would live some friends to keep me motivated and would love to find someone to go jogging with!0
