GOOOD MORNING !!!

How is everyone feeling??

I did my measurements, and i lost few cm from hips, 1 cm in each thigh, in chest area, and finally in my arms.. I mam really happy to see that my arms and thighs are starting to shrink... YAY !!!

Sp even its Sunday, I have to go to work, my thesis cant wait.. But i will do my things as usual gym and 30D.. I am thinking what to start after 30D.

Any suggestions..

    I am on the Isle of Wight but unable to take measurements as on holiday visiting my Mum (and dont want to after the amount of pavlova/cake I ate yesterday!)

    Will be walking about 5 miles today so will do well on exercise. My Mum always eats heathily which is why she is a uk size 10 (us size 6) and I'm not, so should have a good diet too! It is hot so need to put on the sun block now! Walking to Fort Victoria for a picnic. Good luck all. I'll be logging in intermittently but her broadband is dreadful.

    Good morning!! I got through a week of Insanity!!! I lost 2 pounds this week and inches everywhere!! That is so motivating for getting through week 2!

    svesemenja- Jillian has some other good programs you could do like ripped in 30 or 6 week six pack! I love those ones too!

    Checking in - Yesterday was a bad day for my diary. I attended a celebration on life for a friend of mine who passed yesterday. It was held at a bar.

    Yesterday was a weird food day. Over my target calories but within my maintenance calories. Need to do my long run today (the last one before the race). There's also a picnic to attend today and my BIL is coming over to transfer everything to my new computer, so still trying to figure out where to sneak it in. Of course, sneak meaning a 2 hour run, followed by a shower. A lot of work stuff to catch up on today before Monday hits.

    I thought weigh and measure would be Monday since that was supposed to be the first official day of the challenge. I didn't do it this morning, so will weigh in and measure tomorrow morning.

    went for a bike ride today but had to turn back so only did 6.3 miles cos my knee was paining me so much. This weekend has been really blah with allergies and pain so annoying.

    diet has been good cos its been really hard to eat or cook so yay for small mercies Iwas supposed to do jillians shed and shred but i think that isn't a good idea till the doc clears me

    Hi everyone. End of Day 6 here.

    Ended up somewhere between 169.8-170.2 today- indecisive scale :)

    Had a Christening today and were the godparents- managed not to go too far over calories including two glasses of wine.

    Off to bed, will log in weight tomorrow morning.
