How's Everybody Doing & What Week Are You On?

I'm working my way into week 3, yea! I'm proud to say I survived Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs and today is my second fit test. I've decided to record my numbers on a separate piece of paper and add them onto my chart afterwards. I heard it's helpful not to look at where you were during the last fit test. We'll see! Hope everyone is still at it!

    On to Recovery Week- woohoo! Although I am intimidated about starting the second half of the program next week. Thoughts or advice from anybody?

    Congrats on keeping with it. :-)

    I got injured early on and stopped doing the Insanity workouts, but continued with other forms of exercise (down a total of 10 pounds so far).
