Hello Everyone!!!!!
By Losing Two Pounds Per Week you are going to be able to loss those the 24 pounds in the three month challenge. weight-in will be on Mondays. this is not about who loss's it first. it about all that join be able to have the support and help them loss that 24 pounds they are looking to loss to reach there goal.

I'll try this out. I have been struggling lately. Every Monday I say "I am going to do this" and by Sunday I am saying "next week for sure". Hopefully this goal will keep me motivated. Good Luck to all!

It's the first week-- not too happy that last week didn't furnish any results. Just started a new job and because I'm anxious I really want to eat whatever I can get my hands onto. I need to find something else to do when I'm anxious other than eat.

So.. it's only one pound, but I'll celebrate it! I was on vacation for the weekend which made me eating pretty poorly; so I'm satisfied that even with being out of town and having to eat out, I still lost a pound. :-)0 -

I know that I am late to start but I would really love to join in because everyweek I try and then I start to fall by the wayside by Sunday....hopefully this will keep me on the straight and narrow....i do not have a weight for last Monday (the 13th ) but I do have one for the 8th so I will include that as a starting point :-)

Very difficult week. Mom started having chest pains after I arrived at her house, followed by 2 day's in the hospital.. Great News, all test were normal. Looking forward to a back to normal week.0 -

Sorry, I don't think I posted my weight last Monday. I've been super busy between a new teaching job and planning a wedding. I'm not losing weight like I want to, but I have no time to exercise right now-- I'm lucky to fit in 3 days. Any tips for fitting in exercise with a busy schedule like mine?0 -
