trying hard

ok I've logged on 20 days and am very good at keeping track of what I eat. I have been trying hard then I go to the dr. apt today and his new nurse askes.... uuugghh are you pregnant? what .... are you rude is all I could think but didnt say it. Im in the middle of a divorce and feel bad enough about my weight ... well off for a bike ride to cheer me up! And just realized I moved I didnt take the scale with me dont know if thats good or bad.....

    Oh, so sorry to hear that! How could a nurse ask that....duh!!! I hope you had a wonderful bike ride. Keep up the hard work, and having been through a divorce myself, I wish for you all the best. I know my divorce was awful at the time, but I am much better for it now!

    How horrible of her to say that! I've had that happen before so I'm very sorry you had to hear that...my response back was a big smile and "No, are you?". : )
