Started out the week with a goal to workout for 6 days, until my ankle kept me from doing only 4 day's of workouts. Once again no weight loss...Started today with a good workout. Looking forward to a better week. Stay Positive....0 -
I know that I am late to start but I would really love to join in because everyweek I try and then I start to fall by the wayside by Sunday....hopefully this will keep me on the straight and narrow....i do not have a weight for last Monday (the 13th ) but I do have one for the 8th so I will include that as a starting point :-)

Very difficult week. Mom started having chest pains after I arrived at her house, followed by 2 day's in the hospital.. Great News, all test were normal. Looking forward to a back to normal week.0 -

Sorry, I don't think I posted my weight last Monday. I've been super busy between a new teaching job and planning a wedding. I'm not losing weight like I want to, but I have no time to exercise right now-- I'm lucky to fit in 3 days. Any tips for fitting in exercise with a busy schedule like mine?0 -
