10 weeks pregnant and spotting!

I was finally able to conceive after 5 years, 5 doctors, 2 specialists, a but load of medication (3x dose of clomid, which if you are taking clomid day after final dose try taking Robitussin 3x a day until ovulation). I am currently 9 weeks and 5 days pregnant and for the past 4 days I have been having very dark spotting/very light flow everyday in the afternoons (4pm till bed), when I get up in the morning nothing until the afternoon again. I do have a doctors appointment tomorrow but I am kinda freaking out about it. Just wondering if any of have had this issue or if you can think of any questions I should be asking my doctor?!

Ask them if you should be on Metformin to keep the pregnancy. Test studies show that it helps keep a pregnancy for a PCOS'er. Also ask if you need to have a stitch put in to help the bleed. A friend of mine had to have that done. I'll also pray for you.0

Keep us updated. We will be thinking of you and hope all comes out well and good and healthy for you. Glad to hear you have a doctors appoitment. That is what I would have told you to do if you hadn't already.0

Sometimes it can be normal to have some spotting (my mom had light periods throughout all of her pregnancies and they never figured out why). The main part will be to check your cervix to make sure it's closed and good. I had to take progesterone to maintain my last pregnancy so if you haven't had your progesterone checked, ask them to check it (that can be a cause of spotting/bleeding, and low progesterone is very common with PCOS).0

Turned out my spotting was because my pregnancy failed a little into week 7! =(0
