    Pretty frustrated that I am the same as last week. I hit the gym plenty, really watched my intake and made good choices. To not see the scale move has me totally confused.

    This week was very hard for me. I see that I have to push harder and step up my workouts a little bit so I can hit our goal. It gets harder every week to drop the pounds. But I know we can do it!!!!!!
