Well, this past week has been pretty stressful for me. But I've managed to stay at 235. On a brighter note, I just finished week four of Couch 2 5K and I can tell that I am really improving. So I'm happy with that.
It's great to notice the non-scale victories if the weight loss has been slow or non-existent, keep them in mind.0 -

I've been out of town for the last three weeks and this week was inservice. I lost 6.2 lbs while away so that puts me at 7...three pounds before Monday...might happen, this has been a good week.0

When I weighed last Sat. I was down 11 pounds this month. beginning to doubt my Wii Fit System, but it's never failed me yet. I Love this site. I've only been on since June but has lost 27 pounds. I know it's mainly because I have dropped my calorie count A Lot. I am doing the 1200 a day, and believe me when I say that number use to be my snacks alone! I've only had one bad week at which I gained a pound and a half, but every week I've been having some weight lost. Can't wait to weigh in on Saturday for my total weight lost for the month:-)0
