    Yes, this will hopefully help all of us keep track of our calories that we need to eat and to burn . And itll help us either lose or gain weight.

    yes i think this is a great idea for a tool as a class because this way you can track what we are doing and be able to no all the calories and extra activities we are doing

    No. It helps keep track of what you do but, in my opinion, it only takes up time and tempts playing around on the computer when you could be working out.
