Maybe the middle of the week...like wednesday? After the weekend (where I usually fail) and then before the weekend so its easy to determine where you went wrong?0

How about a chat with each other at scheduled times... That may help. I know that emotional eating is a huge trigger I eat to deal with bordem, or emotional pain or depression. When I was shedding my weight the first time the emotions ran high as I lost my weight(coping mechanism) . Maybe if we met and checked in with each other emotionaly it will help us to be more sucessful!0 -
Maybe make a topic titled "Weekly Weigh-ins" and then every scheduled weigh-in day, go in and comment.0

Wow everyone is super excited to get this started. I was going to set it up with Week 1 and under that topic we could post our weekly goals along with our weekly weigh in, how much we lost, and even talk about what we are going to change about this week and such. I don't care with what weigh in day. I weigh in on Fridays. Seeing how we are starting on Saturday I thought maybe everyone could weight in when they wanted to as long as it was posted by that Saturday!0

I think having everyone post by Saturday sounds good since a lot of people have set weigh-in days. (I weigh on Thursdays and try hard to stay off the scale the rest of the week!)

I think we will just keep it where you weigh in on which ever day you would like and then make sure you post it by that Saturday. Our weeks will run from Saturday - Friday.
So like for example when we start week one we will all be posting under Week 1 Weigh in thread...but will only be posting our starting weights.
And also in On Sept 1 (our start date) we will be posting under the thread SEPTEMBER and thats where we will post our starting meaurements and our goals for the month of september.
I will keep this group as organized as I can. I will make different threads that way it wont be all thrown under one thread!
