I haven’t done A RM on those routines because I am working to develop a good habit to do the right form of lifting to least an injury and to maximum the growth in strength. I know I could do more than those #, but I have to be patience. Anyway, I am going to give my #.

Press is so hard for me and my weak shoulders, but I think I can get close to 200 in the dead lift. That's my goal at least.0 -
This is from a month ago and I know I can definitely do more with the back squat and the deadlift. Presses are another story. Even with the push press I can't do much more weight. Skinny little t-rex arms are definitely a work in progress

I've done 95 on strict press before so I was hoping for a bit higher score, but after doing the other two lifts I suppose you can't expect to hit new PR's on everything.0 -
My last CF total was 355 on 2/17/2012.
Doing another on 8/22/2012, shooting for a 205# deadlift, a 155# backquat and a 75# press, CFT = 435.0 -
My best CFT was 525, but post surgery it was 455.

We have a Bridger CrossFit Total which I think I like better:

Deadlift
The argument there is that they're more functional lifts. Both are nice benchmarks for judging progress.0 -
Yeah, but going to a push press instead of a strict press now means you aren't judging arms any more...0

i'm not a crossfitter, but i did this the other day to see how much my numbers had gone down since i had changed up my workout goals and started doing more endurance stuff :grumble:

I am almost done with a 10 week strengh training program and will test again in a couple of weeks.0 -
Haven't done it yet but my weights only go up to 320lbs. I know my DL is more than that. I have done a 1 RM of it( up to 320) I just started CF 2 mos. ago( 2 weeks with no weights)0
