Well, I am happy to report that after 1 month on the vegan diet (with moderate exercise) I am wearing my old pants - one size smaller!

Fantastic! It is amazing how much healthier our bodies are as vegans. The inches definitely come off even when the scale doesn't show it. That's been my experience for sure.0
