I finally got my Chalene Extreme!! I LOVED TF, but think I need more weights. I did not take any photos or measurements before starting TF, and I did this time. I was able to upload the photos to my profile, but for some reason I can't add them to a thread??? Anyway, if you care you can got to my profile to see my "after TF and before Chalene Extreme pics. Here are the starting measurements:
waist: 31
hips: 39
Chest: 27
Body Fat: 30%
I may do the hybrid some of you have discussed, will see how the first week goes. I have to have cardio too.....Wish me luck!!

Yay! Another CLX buddy. I will start week 3 tomorrow. So far I love the program, I just need to clean up my diet so I can ensure I receive the results intended. I think you will like it. I am doing the CLX/TF hybrid Chalene's sister created. It is definitely challenging.0

I loooooooooove CLX! I haven't started Turbo Fire yet (finishing CLX first and lurking here in the meantime), but I'm currently in the first week of LEAN phase and I just love it. If you think you need more weights, you probably do! I have 5, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20 and 30, and I wish I also had 18s (for my biceps because 20 is too freaking heavy!) and 40s (for squats). You probably won't need much heavier than 15 in the first phase, but for PUSH phase, you'll for sure want something heavier for the legs at least. I am SO coveting the SelecTech weights in the video but just can't justify the astronomical price! Good luck - I hope you love it!0

I should add that I've been adding onto CLX too - I started Couch to 5k when I started PUSH phase, and I've also been adding in the odd turbojam/pilates DVD on the non-lifting days. Listen to your body and do what fits with your lifestyle!0

hey, I'm on week 4 of Turbofire and I absolutely love it. However, it is all pretty much cardio based and I am missing my weights (I used to do alot of Jillian Michaels workouts and kettlebells) so I am thinking of completing week 4 of Turbofire this week, then moving on to the Janelle Summer Turbofire/CLX Hybrid which I found on the forums. I think it will really step me up a gear, so am just watching all the CLX videos to prepare and it looks great!!0

I just started another round of CLX last week. I'm so glad I decided to do it. My legs ached today and I love it!
I am following the CLX schedule, but using TF as my cardio.0 -
I am going with the Hybrid. I think CLX will be awesome, but the hybrid even better. I need both the cardio and strength. Besides, TF is just plain FUN, don't want to miss out!0
