Hey all!
I'm about to invest in a better exercise mat than the one I have (the Argos value one!) I'm finding my back and hips are sore and i need a thicker, softer one.
Can anyone recommend a really good one? Thanks! :drinker:

This is what I've got and it's quite thick so it doesn't hurt my coccyx when I do my sit ups. However it does slide on wooden floor.0 -
