I did the EZ Fire 45 and stretch today. I ran out of steam for on the last 15 min mark. I didn't stop though. One thing I noticed is Chalene always saves the most complicated moves for when you are dog tired. My brain has a hard time working at that point! It's actually quit hilarious. I just flail around and pick up when I can. Does this happen to anyone else? =D

Yes! Always, but confusion burns calories! lol! I did not do TF today because I tought a 30 minute HIIT class at the gym.. I will tomorrow though!! Great Job pushing through those last 15 minutes!0 -
Today I did EZ Fire 45 for the first time and I had the same problem Metzy! Around the last 15 minutes I had a lot of "what the heck is she doing?" *flails around* moments. I did HIIT 20 afterwards, though, and that went better than I expected! I don't know when my body decided that it could jump, but it was news to me!! Some of those moves would have half killed me 30 lbs ago!0

Lol I'm glad I'm not the only one. Man Jeni you are brave I could barely get through the 10 min stretch afterward. When I did the Hiit this week I jumped also. Though I was going to die towards the end though I never have breathed that hard in my life. Lol it felt good afterwards though to say hey I jumped. Ok granted it was only 1 inch off the ground but I got off the ground!!! I am loving Turbo Fire. I am addicted.0

Woke up feeling like CRAP today.. TOM hit with a vengeance.. Decided to take today off.. My plan is Fire 30 and Stretch 10 tomorrow evening... I have a full day tomorrow with my son's soccer game in the morning, a team party in the afternoon, and dinner with family from out of town tomorrow evening.. Fingers crossed that I have the time and energy to get it done b4 I go to bed... :ohwell:0

Starting TF today when I get off of work. I can't wait! I'm a little nervous b/c I'm slightly uncoordinated, but I'm hoping I'll get through it! Wish me luck :happy:0

I am uncoordinated also and I get through them ok. She basically uses the same groups of moves throughout. I am on my 3rd week now and I am starting to remember.
Great job Amwalcott! I am doing low HIIT still right now. I think this week is my first real hiit and I tried the 15 last week jumping and almost died cause I couldn't breathe lol. I felt awesome after though. =D

Good to know! That makes me feel better! I figure whether I'm doing the moves perfectly, or if I end up just flailing around, I'll still be working out haha0

I did Low HIIT 25 4:45am this morning! I have to workout before I go to work and internship! It was crazy, but it is an intense and amazing workout for only 25 minutes. I am on week 2 of TF and my body is aching in all the right places!0
