Down 7.0 lbs. 3.0 to go -- will be a long, hard week of exercise and reduce cals. I know I can get down to a 9 lb loss ... 10 will be difficult but I'm giving it a shot.

I've lost 5... and I know, it's not over yet! I have been fighting the same two pounds all around the scale... that's ok tho because I've lost 3 inches on my waist, 2 on the chest, and 2 on the hips!!!0 -

That is really good, congrats. My number plateaus, too. I hope you can make it past the 2 pds.
But you listed the other important fact that is accomplished with good nutrition & exercise,
changing the body shape by losing inches and inches
and then building new muscle for nice transformation.0 -

Well...part of that 5 IS the 2 that I've been fighting. Which is fine because I lost another pound also.... so it moves.... it's all good!!!!0 -
My starting weight on 8/1/2012 was 230.0.
I weigh in on Monday's so Monday 8/6 was 229.0
Monday 8/13 was 223.5
Monday 8/20 was 223.
Monday 8/27 was 219.6
So far I made it!!!!!!!!0 -

Well I weighed again today, since it is the last day of August. I came up a little short by only loosing 8.8 lbs for August.
I am extremely happy with a 4.77% loss for August though!! Who could be unhappy with that kind of loss! :happy:
