This is the week of chocolate....the week I want it all.....I dream of nutella......I long to bathe in melted cadburys......McDonalds actually seems as though it should be a staple food and Pringles call..........

Over the years my periods have got more and more painful......and longer.

Is there anything that I should be eating to naturally work at making my periods less of a pain?

Are there any vitamins/supplements people would recommend for a fellow PCOS Warrior????????

  • I'm interested in this subject, too. I just crave salt during my TOM. Very hard not to give in!

    I could understand salted crisps and chips as the salt and the fat combined is what I crave on my TOM!!!! However chocolate is the clear out right winner!!!!
  • I crave salt as well. (I'm actually just finishing my TOM today- thank goodness!)

    This one was a little different though. normally, I want nothing but french fries and tater tots. This month I was jonesing for froyo. Which, I suppose is healthier, but odd.

    I would also be interested to know if there is anything I can take (besides handfuls of Midol) to help with the pain and extreme lethargy.
