    I have 2 Facebook groups already- it's a great idea because with these beachbody programs, you need all of the support and motivation you can get!!

    By the way, I kept coming back to the forum but I didn't see any interaction, so thought that you had "moved on." lol.

    I was just trying to plan my activities. I have my first Marathon October 7th and then I have to concentrate on my fitness. Training for a marathon is great cardio but it is doing nothing for my fitness.

    Just looking at my schedule now to see how to work this into my day. How long are th p90x workouts?
  • MROLLINS, that's what I'm talking about, its harder to keep the groups going on here, which is why I prefer facebook. People just disappear in my MFP groups, but on facebook, they're there daily!!!

    And the P90X workouts are all about 60 minutes or more, except the AB Ripper X which is about 15 minutes.

  • It is harder to follow the groups on MFP and when new messages are posted. I am ready to get started though. My Chalean arrived yesterday and I am going to buy some heavier weights today.
