"My Fitness Pal is great".. Says Heni!!0 -
I like using My Fitness Pal to create a meal plan as it has a wide range of foods, however the portion options are sometimes difficult to use but by using a conversion tool on google you can easily figure out the correct sizes. Other than that it's great!!
The daily calories given from ‘My Fitness Pal’ are different from my calculations as the equation I used only accounts for the energy required to get through the day at resting level. Heni is very active and needs to consume more calories than her RDEE to replace what she has lost through exercise.0 -
My Fitness Pal was a great tool to use in regards to entering data although the weight and amounts were a tad hard to covert without help from pal Google. It gives a good insight into what people should be aiming to acheive and to calculate their progress.0

It was really different for my client Pita..as the one in the hand out was his resting and My Fitness Pal amends it for all energy that is exerted. Thats where the main difference was for Pita.0

Got a very different result for cal intake with my Fittness Pal from the first equation because it took into account the exercise and all that. Was quite hard top put in enough food to hit the MFP cal recommendation. My Fitness Pal is mean. Easy to use when you get the hang of it plus the scan function is good. Get's easier when you've got your usual meals saved as one meal rather than listing a big string of ingredients. Chur0
