I figure we can do our own mini section of recipes, if you guys want!
I think posting recipes that curb off cravings and binge-eating temptations should be a point for sure!!
For example, I was just given this one, and it's FREAKING AMAZING:
1 minute brownies (YEP!)
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
add enough water to make it look like cake batter after you blend it(add 1 tablespoon, and a little bit by bit)
add 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (can do all natural to reduce the sugar), and blend.
Microwave for 25 seconds.
DONE!
If you like it a little sweeter, add Stevia or another sweetener.

I think that's a great idea!! Besides recipes, even good "food finds" would be helpful to change up our menus now and then!!
Will have to pull a few recipes together and share later!
Here's a quick one that I use often!
Devil's Food Cupcakes
1 Devil's Food Cake Mix
1 cup (I use 2 individual serving tubs) of applesauce
1 cup water
Mix all three ingredients together and put evenly in regular size muffin tin sprayed with olive oil/Pam. Bake according to box directions (or until toothpick test comes out clean).
I haven't figured calories, but when I was on WW, it was 3 points per muffin. Especially good when heated in the microwave and served with a spoon of FF Cool Whip!!
**This same recipe was posted here recently using pumpkin instead of applesauce, but that is sometimes hard to find in the "off season". Applesauce works just as good (better, in my book!) and is easily found all year long!

Not a recipe..but such a yummy combo if you have some calories left!
1 vita brownie
1 serving of a no sugar added ice cream
1 tbsp of smuckers sugar free hot fudge syrup
a dab of cool whip free
put it in a little cup
ice cream sundae! all for around 250 calories!0 -

heres one that was posted on here a while ago, you can probably find it in a search. Its called a 3-2-1 cake (or something like that).
Ingredients:
1 box angel food cake
1 box (any cake mix you want)
Water
Mix the 2 packages of mix together in a plastic bag for storage.
Take a coffee mug or small bowl
Add: 3 Tablespoons of cake mix + 2 Tablespoons of water
Mix together
Microwave for 1 minute
Sometimes i'll add chocolate chips or a dash of chocolate syrup0
