Considering last 2weeks I was on vacation, ate out a lot, worked out less, celebrated my boyfriend's birthday, hurt my back and worked out even less....I actually lost 1 lb this week, not what I wanted but slow and steady I'm losing0

I posted my first gain, just under half a pound, but as I was on holiday I am not too worried. It's just taken me a week at home to get back into the swing of things!0

im doing great, gaining half a pound for the week but still doing good. hopefully this sunday i will lose some. Gotta do a little bit better in my food selection though0

Lost just over 1lbs which I am really happy with my food selection has been simply crap lately, really need to get back on track0

I wasn't down, but oddly enough that hasn't discouraged me like it usually does...it's motivated me which is completely foreign to me! I seem to be in a bit of a plateau, but I'm telling myself that's ok...not being up after holidays is success in my world. Now to get it moving in the right direction again...one day at a time...one workout at a time...
I'm so glad to have all of you and these challenges to keep pulling me back on track...thank-you!!! Even just looking over the spreadsheet with all the positive entries is VERY motivating!!0
