This Angel Food Cake tastes like the real thing and the texture is exactly like Angel Food Cake. I loved it! Anyway, I found the link for this recipe on the following website and wanted to share it with everyone. If you have a child, this might be a great way to try and replace normal cakes for b-days. I'm going to work on modifying it to try and reduce the sugar to make a normal bread. I suspect it's the beaten egg mix that makes a difference. I'm not sure whether you need this amount of sugar to keep it from falling so I'll post my future experiment. Either way, at least it's a gluten free Angel Food Cake that works! I'm even going to try making a sandwich with it.
