I am starting all over again today! I think I will do the 12 week program to start with. I may also incorporate some running on the weekends as well! Hopefully this will kick my *kitten* back into gear!

I'm officially starting the program tomorrow. For the month of August I was doing the New to Class, because this lady always left me in the dust... I finally understand her cuing and figured out how to protect me knees...now I'm ready to give it my all. Good Luck...and keep us posted on your progress..0

Although I have the 20 week advanced DVDs, my short term goal is to complete the 12 weeks
