What time of day do you workout?

I try to workout in the mornings, before breakfast. I live in an apartment, and my downstairs neighbor works the very early shift, and gets home around noon... so I try to not bang around a lot after that. Plus, I think it's a good way to start the day =)

    My workout times vary..I am not much of an early morning person so I often workout after I take the kiddos to school. But, my schedule is kinda crazy and sometimes I have to fit it in in the evening..Weekends are toughest for me because we are running from one soccer game to another..many times I can only fit in a walk inbetween games..:-\

    I tend to workout around 10 am pretty much everyday.

    I have set my alarm almost an hour before I really need to get up and I still haven't done a workout in the mornings. There have only been like 2 or 3 days that i have gone for a walk before work. I usually workout ad soon ad I get home from work or around 8 pm after I put the kiddos to bed.

    Ohhh if I could get myself out of bed before work to do it, I totally would. But I like to stay up late and I need my beauty sleep :tongue:

    I work out after work, generally around 6:30ish. But last night I didn't do it until 8:30pm. It varies for me depending on how my day goes. I'll definitely be working out earlier on weekends.
