I realise this isnt a lot but I want to gain fat in order to protect the muscle (i will hopefully build) and then lose a small amount of fat while maintaining my GW.
I know it sounds confusing and i understand some may complain but i wanna be healthy not skinny fat!

I hold most of my weight in thigh butt area. I try to work out for 30 minutes Mon-Friday during lunch. I like the stair-master and incline intervals on the treadmill, I also do yoga a couple times a week. I just want all the cellulite to disappear. I see you few of you are my twins, I will add you.0 -

To be honest, I'm trying not to let numbers dictate where I want to be. I've been off the exercise and diet wagon for a month or two now, after doing some travelling and working at the Olympics, so I just want to become more defined and improve my fitness - it's shocking at the moment! At my heaviest I was probably nearing 140 but didn't really look it because I had next to no muscle mass. Starting now, I'm trying to get back into everything but it's more difficult when I'm not at uni because of mega huge family meals. Good luck to everyone0 -

GW & UGW: I'm much less interested in reaching a goal weight than I am in getting stronger and healthier. I have 115 down as my goal weight on here, and I don't think it'll be too much trouble for me to get there now that my body is letting me work out in the ways I enjoy again. If I don't get there, though, I'm not going to stress over it. That's not why I'm here.

The reason why most of the numbers are strange is because I usually use the metric system, and it's really easier for me to set my goals according to that. But converting is no trouble. (: I really want to lose unnecessary fat and gain muscle - tone up and shrink my thighs and get rid of some stomach fat! I'm looking for a twin - someone with similar goals to me.
