Walking, Biking and Water Aerobics

These are my three main exercises. I teach water aerobics twice a week, so that's fun. I'll teach elementary PE when school starts Sep 4.

I'm a walker. It's simple, it's doesn't take much effort and It's something I can squeeze in after work when i'm too tired to do anything else0
