I am a 38 year old mom to two boys (9 and 5) and I need support here and looking for some help...
I want to be able to see diaries to see what people are eating (I get in the same rut).
What are you making for dinner that your entire family can eat together?
I have two bad feet - what type of exercises can I do while they heal and get better?
Please friend me (and reply here!) if you can help me with all this!
Thanks!!

Hi there!!
Feel free to add me as a friend I'm getting back after vacation and some much needed catch up time!
My diary is open though and I do not like cooking every day!! LOL I work full time, have a full load of college classes and a 15 month old son. I try to keep everything as simple as possible! I know lots of people that won't eat leftovers though so this doesn't work for them.
Sunday - Prep salads or fixings for sandwhiches for lunches throughout the week. Prep any other fruits, hard boiled eggs, etc that are good for snacks. Prep dinner for 3 nights - This is usually a quinoa casserole, baked chicken of some sort, ground turkey tacos, some sort of pasta w/ tomato sauce dish. My son will eat any of those (will be different when he's 5 though lol). If he doesn't want what we have, I have other items on hand that I know he will always eat.
Daily - Breakfast is usually quick grab stuff. CHOBANI GREEK YOGURT!! LOVE IT! I'll grab that and throw in a piece of toast w/ PB + a piece of fruit. Or oatmeal or multigrain o's w/ milk. I save eggs and my healthy version of pancakes for the weekends. Those take more time and I don't have that during the week. Pack our lunches and snacks then off to work! Get home, warm up dinner, feed everyone then enjoy the rest of our evenings!
This works for us. My husband does not mind eating leftovers though which really helps. We do have one day every week where we eat out for lunch and we usually have one night for dinner we eat out. This helps keep us sane and out of the rut!0 -
YOu can totally add me and look at my diaries all you want. I am kind of obsessive though. As for foot problems, I don't know...swimming maybe?0

Hi, I am 35 with 5 kids. My diary is open but I do get into habits like soups for lunch. Its just easy and fast. Suppers I have more fun with recipes.
Exercise with bad feet? Swimming, maybe cycling, not sure how much pressure you put on your feet. Weight training may work, exercises like situps, knee pushups, pull-ups, bicycle move (a push-up where you bring your elbows to your knees), rowing, a few ideas of the top of my head. A good investment maybe bars so you can work arms more and use your body wieght.0
