    Hello THICK MADAME, Welcome to you. We are hear to Inspire each other to be Better.And motivate each other to reach a new goal no matter how big or small.To day I Motivated myself to get active and walk, it was a slow pace but I did it. Aim for a new goal.....Big or Small and reach for it . You can do it!
