    Geeze, it sure isn't going fast but at least it is going and I am losing "new weight" now. I was really hoping to be down to 245 this week, but that will be my goal for next week!

    BLAH! I'm literally kicking my a@#@$@ every single day with the Body Revolution AND running at least 10-15min every day...for less than 0.5lb??!! OMG! I know....is something, but when you step on the scale and see that, is not really encouraging.
    I start week 3 of the program on Monday and should be much more intense than what it is now...hopefully I'll lose more than a pound on the next weigh-in.

    293.5...up 2lbs...again! I think I may need to put more effort in, and start kicking it into gear a little harder. At least, the kids go back to school next week, so we will have routine again.

    I am away at the moment only really old scales available and I have been really bad - definately up ? 70.5kg - 155.5 lbs- food really good here in the Hinterland of the Sunshine Coast of Queensland Australia!!! Having a fantastic holiday though!
    WIll but good again mid next week.....
