I can't wait to reach the first "milestone" - October the 15th. I'm curious how much of a difference it will be from now. I started doing the 30 Day Shred since September 1st so I'll finish that at the beginning of October. I hope all goes well from there.0

What a great looking group of Challengers I am so excited for all of US
I will be posting our first check in/weigh in September 15th.
If possible I would like everyone to state:
-There goal for the 90 days
-Starting Weight as of Sept 15th
-Goal Weight
-Height
-Measurements (Waist, hips, arms, thighs, chest)
I HIGHLY SUGGEST MEASUREMENTS, a lot of people lose INCHES before the scale moves...
