SEPTEMBER

Well its our first month! I hope yall have set some goals! We officially start tomorrow Sept.1

I asked yall each other to make AT LEAST three goals for that month.
* One personal goal
* One exercise goal
* One nutrition/food goal

We are also gonna take monthly measurements. I will be weighing in and taking my measurements in the morning and I'll post them on here! This thread topic will be where we can post our measurements and goals for the months.

    My goals are...
    Personal: Stop biting and picking at my nails
    Exercise: 30 minutes of exercise a day everyday for the month
    Nutrition/Food: Drink nothing but water AND no fast food ( I really wanted to do both and couldnt pick between the two)

    Starting Stats....
    Date: 09/01/12
    Weight: 196.6
    Neck: 15 in.
    Chest: 40.5 in.
    Arms: Left- 15 in. Right- 15.5 in.
    Waist: 47.5 in.
    Hips: 45.5 in
    Thighs: Left- 22.5 in. Right- 23 in.

    June 1, 2013 Goal: 40 lbs lost! (156.6 lbs)


    My plan this month is to drink nothing but water and drink as much as I can and also cut all the fast food out!
  • I took before pictures on 8/25 when I started 30DS and I don't believe I've changed too much in a week so I'll use those when it comes June 1st. As far as my measurements, those are on my page too. Now, on to the goals:

    * One personal goal: I'd like to drop 10lbs in September. As of 9/1, I weigh 185lbs
    * One exercise goal: I'd like to keep up working out 1 hour a day, 6 days a week. On the 7th day, work out 30minutes low impact.
    * One nutrition/food goal: I wish to never be more than 200 calories over my daily limit when it comes to "cheat days" if I have any.
  • Good morning all

    Personal goal: to lose 6lbs by the end of the month
    Exercise goal: 30 minutes exercise every day in September and if I fail on any one day, then I will make it up on the following day. As 60 minutes of exercise does not appeal I hope this thought will keep me on track!
    Nutrition/food goal: to keep within my daily calorie allowance.

    June 1st 2013 goal: a further 42lbs lost, bringing me down to 168lbs. That will be 46lbs lighter than my heaviest weight, and hopefully 3 smaller dress sizes!

  • Personal Goal: I would like to get to the low 180s by the end of September.
    Exercise Goal: Continue going to the gym 6 days a week.
    Nutrition Goal: No alcohol for the first half of the month, and then only 2-3 drinks one day per week.

    Personal: Getting deeper into my spirituality
    Exercise: To become a runner again, get up to 4/5 miles a day
    Nutrition: Maintain a healthy lifestyle and keep finding recipes that are delicious and healthy and not slip back into the old habits of munching on chips and cheese.

    Goals:
    Personal goal: To be more proactive around the house and to get more organized :indifferent:
    Exercise goal: To start C25K and incorporate squats and planks everyday
    Nutrition/food goal: Drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday and eat more fruits and veggies in place of sweets and Chips

    My basic measurements are:
    Bust: 40.25"
    Waist: 34.75"
    Hips: 47"

    My goal for June 1, 2013 is to be 160 tight and defined

    Goals: Personal - Never touch another cigerette!!
    Exercise - Work out in some form or fashion AT LEAST 4 times a week.
    Nutrition - Drink 64 ounces of water a day and take a multivitamin each day.

  • Personal: There are two people I need to stay away from for mental health reasons, my goal is to stay the heck away from them.
    Exercise: Gym, 4 times a week, make that membership purchase WORTH IT!
    Nutrition: Sober September, no beer, no wine, no liquor, no excuses!!
    Measurements: *I'll come back and edit and log these later as I'm not with a tape measure right now*

    Exercise goal: workout 6 days a week
    Nutrition: low sodium and no cheat days

    Personal: Set aside some “me” time for myself
    Exercise: at least 30 mins 4-5 times a week to get back on track
    Nutrition/Food: I’m going to copy these goals:Drink nothing but water [adding at least 64oz/day] AND no fast food

    Started this week at 172 lbs. Intermediate term goal - lose 10 lbs before a family wedding in December. Goal for June 1, 2013 - get under 145 lbs and stay there.

    For this month my main goal is consistency and habit building. But I'd also love to get under 170 lbs and stay there.

    Personal goal: Find at least a couple staple recipes that are both healthy and delicious.
    Exercise goal: Do the full 30 Day Shred. Do 30 mins of additional cardio four times a week (three times at the gym with my gym buddies, plus one additional walk or run).
    Nutrition goal: Stay strictly under my calorie budget five days a week.

    Measurements -

    Neck: 14 in
    Waist: 35 in
    Stomach at widest point: 41 in
    Hips: 42 in
