Hi I'm Lorraine, I have been on MFP for a while but have yet to start adding friends. I'm in Hastings & only joined a gym a couple of weeks ago so now really starting to crank up the exercise plan.

Hi, I live in Bexhill just about 5 miles from you. Insulin dependent diabetic weighing 270 lbs (19 stone+) Just been put on Victoza which should help my blood control and lower my weight. To help myself, I've given up weekday drinking and set myself a 1760 calorie limit. MFP is a great way to monitor my progress and I will know if I have been good when I have my next meeting with my diabetic nurse at the end of September. Anybody in similar circumstances feel free to get in touch.0
