The name for the push ups where you are suspended in the air? And also the name for the exercise where your feet are suspended in the air behind you, you are in a push up position and you bring your knees to your chest?

    Sorry, let me clarify.
    1) In push up position with my feet in these stirrup type things, doing push ups.
    2) Same position for this other one but bringing my knees under me towards my chest.

If your feet are suspended and they are higher than your shoulders, then it is nothing more than a decline pushups and the suspension forces you to focus on stability/ The other one sounds like just some sort of crunch variation, again, with a toy to make it seem like a different exercise...is this a TRX band oyu are talking about?

Yep - TRX sounds familiar. Sorry I sound pretty vague. Am fairly new to CF and still learing all the lingo so I can track for improvements. The same one that you use for pistol squats?

Sounds like TRX or resistance bands... Resistance bands for pistols, TRX for push ups and crunches?
