Have you ever had to make a complaint on your Curves?

Let me start by saying that I love my Curves. The ladies that are there are very nice. But, some of the machines don't work correctly. The bi/tricep machine counts me at double reps. I've got 54 reps before and I know I didn't do that! It's goes green/orange so fast that you dont' know what you're doing wrong. I've complained and complained for months and nobody cares. Also our hip adductor machine is off. You can completely close your legs and it still gives you green bars and says you are out of range. I saw a lady accidentally BREAK the sensor off the leg press/lift machine and the manager said 'Oh well'. That was over a month ago.
I do my workout to the fullest of my ability, I'd like to get credit for it on my Curves Smart!!!! Yesterday I had 45 points residual because the bi/tri machine didn't show a target. The machine wouldn't work at all for me yesterday. I saw that and was so dissappointed.
Any suggestions on how I should go about complaining? Should I just call the 800 number?

I know my calorie count on the curves smart is way off. Last Wednesday, it said I had burned 833 calories. WHUT? Nope. I'm usuallyin the 350-450 range. Only twice have I been over 500. No way I could get to 800. My friend Tunisha also said that last week her count was way off. She said hers was in the 1700s.

Have you spoken to the manager? I would definitely call someone and complain. That's not right.0

Yeah, the manager saw the leg press machine sensor break of and said 'oh well'. I've complained to her and the other lady that works mainly in the evenings about the bi/tri machine several times.
The lady who works in the evenings is the owner's mother. The owner is very rarely in there. She has another full time job and 5 kids, so she had her hands full.
I haven't called yet, but I really want too. I just don't want to cause trouble.
The air conditioning was broken Tuesday and Wednesday. I'mma cry if it's broken today. People. It's FLORIDA. We need air, LOL!0 -
Well, the bi/tri machine finally went kaput. You can still *use* it, but you cant stick in your curves smart card. Which means, when you do your curves smart cycle, you have to do 2 extra machines because you are skipping the bi/tri. It is also giving very inaccurate readings because of this. Instead of being increased on my workouts points, everyone is being decreased.
I'm very angry. I pay a good bit of money a month for this crap to work, KWIM?0 -
I have heard a LOT this week about changes that Curves will be making in January. Does any one know if their Curves will be making those changes too?0
