Hello everyone ... I am new to this group and know I have a long journey ahead of me (yes I am trying to think short term with short goals but my mind always wonders back to the overall journey to come) ..... Im hoping to find new friends and support and would even love to know if there are any ladies in the Northern VA area in the group .... Im a single momma who would love a workout buddy even if its just a weekend meet up to walk the national mall or a local park
