So after about 7 weeks off I have finally kicked myself back into gear and got Fire 30/Stretch 10 under my belt.......I am so glad I did it!

Are you starting right from the beginning again and following the schedule or pick and mixing?
I fizzled out too and really should get back at it - I REALLY want to finish the darn programme! - but am currently doing the 30 Day Shred. I feel I need more cardio in with it, so may do the odd TF class.0 -
I have started from scratch again. I really wanna stick with it, I know it's the only way to get to where I wanna be0

I love turbofire, and managed to complete the programme, much to my own surprise as I am at heart a couch potato. I am now on the ChaLEAN extreme / turbofire hybrid. and today that meant Fire 45EZ and stretch 10 xxxx:happy:0

Hey girl! I just started again TODAY! I said heck with waiting til Monday and decided last night that today was going to be Day 1. I was also going to do F30 & S10 BUT the calendar that came in the package had me doing Firestarter Class so I did that instead of F30. Thoughts on this? So, I'm excited to find this group and have others that have a close start date! I am already SORE! Have you done TF before? If so, did you have good results? Anyone else?
Now, I've just REALLLLLLLLY gotta get my eating under control! Any help here is greatly appreciated!0 -

I love your attitude...I started on week 5 because I was doing the 1st month on New to class. I don't have the firestarter kit. Do what's comfortable for you just stay consistent. This is a great program and you'll look forward to working out. If there are days that I don't feel like it...I put it in the DVD and have the intro music playing in the background start breakfast and within 10 minutes flat...I'm ready to push play. The music draws me in every time! As for the eating...I'm in the same boat! Just taking it one day at a time...Take care0
