Week 2 Weigh Ins

I'll help get the ball rolling into week 2.

On Saturday we were suppose to weigh in to see if we met our goals for week 1.
Please say if you met your goal or not.

Then, please state what your weight was on Saturday, or today, and what you would like to lose this week or what you want your weight to be.

Example:

Week 1 goal: 2 lbs.
I MET my goal and weighed 183lbs.

Week 2 Goal: 2lb

    Week 1 goal was 2lb, lost nearly 1lb. Exercised daily and kept within calorie goal so happy with this.

    I met my goal for Week 1.... I lost 2.6 lbs. I am sure some is water but it's definitely less than before and I am sure there is some fat in there. I didn't do as well working out. I hope that changes this week. It seems that there is always something going on and I am just beat. I did a lot of moving things out of storage on Saturday and that was a workout.

    This week I want to aim for 2 more lbs. I've changed my diet significantly and my body seems to be appreciating it.

    I did not meet my goal for week 2. I was in the process of moving and didn't really control my intake or my exercise. NO EXCUSES! I will do better this week!

    I didn't meet my week goal. I know its probably due to eating out with Hubby twice. Really gotta get that under control.

    but as long as I stick to my food and exercise goals, I won't be too upset if the scale doesn't go down much. I'm doing a lot of strength training these days.
