Just curious about the eat every 3 hrs.

Ok so Chris says to eat every 3 hours. Which for the most part is easy but I'm just curious as to what you do in terms of time. Do you count the 3 hours the minute you start eating your meal? Or Do you count 3 hours when you finish eating your meal? and do you think it really makes a difference?
For me I find that If I start the 3 hours when I start eating (especially if I don't get up until 8am) I can usually fit the 5 meals otherwise I fall short. LOL

I shoot for eating every 3 hours from finishing the meal. But I don't think it makes a difference. When I have a protein shake or a smaller snack, my next meal is usually in 2 hours, because I am finding myself hungry faster. So, if my stomach is growling sooner I eat sooner. Ocassionally I'll forget still, and eat late. I find it strange, because my stomach isn't usually growling, but I do usually have a headache.0

I don't think it really makes a difference as long as you get the 5 meals in. When I eat all 5 I am not hungry. When I miss the two snacks I am starving by my next meal.0
