Hello Sara,
When I saw this Group post of "Starting over" & read "starting our journey over but making it complete this time" I knew this was exactly for me, as it describes all the times I "start" a plan, but do not complete it. I am looking forward to making it happen this time & 'Completing" the journey with you , and all the others!

I thought that too I am always starting new diets and never get to my target weight so here is hoping we can all help each other succeed.
