Hey girls!! i am ready to get rid of these last 10 pounds. Isn't that always the way: the LAST ______ pounds are the hardest. So let's committ to moving for 30 minutes at least 4 times a week. Eat your colors (that is from an episode of Seasame Street). And don't forget to drink your water. I read somewhere that you take the pounds you weight (in my case 158) then divide in half to get the recommended amount each day. I think I would FLOAT if I did that!

    I'm only trying to lose about 10lbs too. Going from 147 to 135. I know this will probably take a while... but it would be great if I could get it done before school starts in September (I'm a teacher). I didn't work out at all last week, only tracked my food, but will start this week.

    Hi ladies! I am a student, a volunteer, a mom, a wife, a great neighbor, and a runner. I think I need to lose around 20 ish pounds. I say "ish" because I am 6'1 and don't want to be too skinny (the guidelines for my weight always seem too low). I try to run every other day, eat whole foods, and do yoga for both the focus & the calm. I just joined MFP today :)
