Here's a helpful tip for when you're trying to be good:
So many times I've logged my meals AFTER I've eaten and I've been surprised to find out that a food was a lot more 'expensive' than I would have thought. When I'm trying to be good, I log my meals BEFORE I eat and this may just sway me to either eat something different or perhaps not eat something in addition to what I've already had, because I know that I'm at my calorie limit.0 -
Wanted to get a head start so I put in my 30 day shred last night and couldn't find the dvd remote anywhere. I couldn't get to the play function. I will have to get a new remote or check out the grandkids toy box!0

Oh man, do I need this! I have a bet going which ends October 31st and my weight loss has stalled.... I've been logging in for 40 days now and only lost 12 pounds. I really hope this gets me motivated again!0

I am excited for this challenge. I've been up and down on my weight for the last couple of years. I've been trying to get to my ultimate goal weight of 130 for awhile, but something always gets in the way. I also have a tendency to plateau around 145. Not this time! To 142 and beyond!0

I'm a little late to joining (just joined MFP as well), but Christmas is the next time I will be able to go home and visit family so this will motivate me to have a good surprise for everyone! I don't have a set amount I want to lose because I'm doing strength as well as cardio exercises so some muscle will be gained in place of fat (I hope!).0
